PUTATIVE SSP GENE FAMILY INFORMATION

Here you can find a list of 214 Putative SSP gene families predicted for Medicago truncatula and their main description.

There are 2,451 putative SSPs including 1,230 singletons. These 214 families are from the identification of 2,451 putative SSPs predicted from short (< 230 aas), secreted proteins (> 0.45 SignalP D-value) and no homology with known SSPs. We also provide Hidden Markov Models for 59 gene families with at least 5 members.
