The Small Signaling Peptides Gene Expression Atlas in Medicago truncatula (SSP-GEA) is a major component of the MtSSPdb. This atlas hosts a rich RNA-seq data from diverse biological conditions, such as macronutrient deficiencies, nodule development, salt stress, symbiotic interactions and different plant tissues. Currently, SSP-GEA web server hosts expression data from 7 publicly-available datasets, and 5 RNA-seq experiments generated at Noble Research Institute. These 12 experiments are represented by 412 samples and 122 conditions.
SSP-GEA allows you to query for the expression levels of your Medicago truncatula gene(s), transcript(s), annotation information or SSP gene family of interest. Besides the Expression Profile analysis, the user can perform Differencial Expression, Co-expression, and Gene Ontology enrichment analysis.
The SSP Atlas provides a complete and an update transcriptomic profiles in M. truncatula with different analytical tools.
